Kumpulan Modal Perdana (KMP) has made a strategic investment in EcoNiLi Battery New Energy Sdn Bhd, strengthening Malaysia's position in the global battery recycling industry. This partnership reinforces EcoNiLi's capacity to process 24,000 metric tons of battery scrap annually and positions Malaysia as a strategic midstream hub for the circular economy.
The investment supports EcoNiLi's advanced hydrometallurgical technology and its ability to handle high-fluoride content black mass, addressing critical challenges in the global battery recycling market.
